Door Manufacturing Production Worker

Business is great so we’re expanding our production team!

 

This is a full-time position Monday – Friday, 8AM – 4PM. Our warehouse and headquarters is in Vista, CA. The hourly wage begins at $13/hr, and is increased at 6 months and at 1 year based on attendance and performance. There is occasional required overtime during the week. Hours worked over 8 hours in a day are paid at Overtime rate.

We have a fun and laid-back production team. Our owner is very compassionate and loves feeding us often. Your choice of cake and meal on your birthday. Paid holidays. We get free snacks and coffee all day long. This is a great place to work.

JOB DUTIES:

• Arrive on time at 8AM.

• Adhere to safety policies.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.

• Follow established production tracking and inventory control procedures.

• Under supervision, use power hand tools to fabricate aluminum door frames.

• Ideal candidate will eventually assist Team Lead with on-site installations and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs; includes body weight plus equipment, tools and boxes. You will be lifting 8’ by 3’, 3/8” thick glass panels regularly.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Ability to use a tape measure.

• Construction, warehouse, or other manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right individual.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license

• Must pass E-Verify
